RESEARCH
I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in Health Economics at the Chaire Aging UP! and the Interdisciplinary Applied Research Laboratory in Health Economics (LIRAES, URP4470) at Université Paris Cité. Under the supervision of Thomas Rapp and Jonathan Sicsic we investigate French adults’ preferences regarding long-term care arrangements and the prevention of autonomy loss using large-scale survey data. Our research examines optimal care arrangements, differences between care recipients and caregivers, and preferences for prevention programs among middle-aged and older adults (40–75) to better understand strategies for preventing age-related diseases. This research is part of the ANR-funded project “Models of Autonomy.”
In December 2024, I earned a Joint PhD in Economics under the supervision of Lionel Nesta and Andrea Mina, through the joint PhD programme between GREDEG CNRS Université Côte d’Azur (Nice) and the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies (Pisa). My dissertation, “Shaping Outcomes: Evaluation of Policy Effectiveness in Innovation, Trade, and Health”, was awarded the DESPEG Thesis Prize. My PhD Committee included Joanna Chataway (UCL), Pauline Givord (INSEE), Kieron Flanagan (UoM), Arianna Martinelli (SSSA) and Michele Pezzoni (UniCa).
