RESEARCH
Astrid supported her thesis in December 2025: “Essais sur les déterminants de l’offre et de la qualité en EHPAD : le rôle des ressources humaines” on the determinants of the supply and quality of care in nursing homes, completed at LIRAES. She is particularly interested in the effects of staff recruitment and retention difficulties in nursing homes on the care provided to residents.
