Philippe Ravaud is an epidemiologist, professor both at the Université Paris Cité and at the Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris (public hospitals and university hospitals).
He is the former director of the Centre for Research in Epidemiology and Statistics Inserm-Université Paris Cité (CRESS). His research focuses on treatment evaluation methods for chronic diseases.
